Just like the Art of Resilience I love these books that I can pick up and read a portion each day as a way to improve myself and challenge my day with a different way of approaching things.
This book is the second book actually I purchased after learning of the author after the passed away. Thich Nhat Hanh has several wonderful books and this one is my favorite.
