This is an amazing book that will help on any table you find yourself sitting at on the Maya Express. This book is a wonderful companion to help with the Path of Mental Health. I still work through it, to this day.
I was suggested the book in a Whatsapp group for Bhakti that I am a part of. I purchased it and have loved it ever since. It is definitely a book to add to your weekly self-care routine.
This is the only book that isn’t religious, that I have sent multiple copies out to other people. I would gladly send out this book out to one person a week for as long as I can, because I love the concept of it.
